However, whilst the colour reproduction is a good representation, a slight variation from the actual products can occur. At times, the colours in the pictures are not available from inventory

Distance Selling Regulations:
You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason, under the distance selling regulations for refund. Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. You must take reasonable care of the item, retain all original packaging. Items must not have been already used and should be in a re-saleable condition. Any items returned in poor condition or have been used, will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer. The customer will bear the cost of returning the item/s.
INTERNATIONAL BASED CUSTOMERS
We will refund within 7 days of your cancellation, minus original postage costs. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the unwanted goods are received within the 14 day period. Any item/s received after the 14 day period will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer at their cost. It is however possible to receive a credit note which must be used within 60 days.

Delivery
Delivery of goods is usually 2-4 working days for UK based customers. Delivery of goods to the following countries are as follows:
United States- 7-12 working days
Ireland 3-5 working days
Europe 5-7 working days

Please note that the last day for delivery before the Christmas period is 22nd December. Any orders placed between 23rd-29th December will be processed and sent out 30th December.
Force Majeure:
We will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire and legislation.
If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then the customers liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together with any associated delivery charges.

Pricing and Print Errors:
Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
Complaints:
Any complaint or compliment can be sent to our Customer Service Centre. We will endeavour to deal with you complaint within five working days of receipt. In the event where we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise a likely time scale to you and keep you informed of any investigation.
